Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our paving slabs, delivery processes, and installation tips.

How are the paving slabs delivered?

Our slabs are securely packed on pallets and delivered via a tail-lift vehicle. Delivery is typically 'kerbside,' meaning the driver will unload the pallet to the nearest safe point on your property or roadside.

Do you offer samples before I place a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and quality of the stone in your own garden lighting before committing to a full project.

What is the difference between Porcelain and Natural Stone paving?

Porcelain is man-made, highly durable, and slip-resistant with very low maintenance requirements. Natural stone, like Sandstone or Limestone, offers unique tonal variations and a traditional aesthetic but may require periodic sealing.

How much extra should I order for 'breakage and cuts'?

We recommend adding a 10% buffer to your total area measurements. This accounts for any required cuts around corners and potential minor chips that can occur during transit or installation.

Are your paving slabs slip-resistant?

All our outdoor paving products carry an R11 anti-slip rating or a textured natural finish, making them safe for use in wet conditions, including patios and swimming pool surrounds.

What is your return policy for over-ordered slabs?

We accept returns of full, unopened pallets within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return haulage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
