At Paving Slabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor transformation. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused and undamaged paving materials within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the slabs to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Pallet
Ensure all stone or porcelain slabs are securely repacked on their original pallets and strapped tightly to prevent breakage during transit.
Schedule a Collection
We will arrange a specialized heavy-goods haulier to collect the materials from your property at a time that suits your schedule.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your full refund minus any applicable haulage fees within 7 business days.
